Director / Co-Founder / Co-Head
Marco is a founding partner of TW Partners specialising in Financial Services. He focuses on Private equity, special situations and credit across Real Estate, FIG/Insurance, Structured Credit and Corporate Distressed Debt. Marco has worked on mandates across the EMEA region.
A graduate in Computer Science & Mathematics from King's College. Marco has worked in Executive Search since 1995.

Ed Worsley
Director / Co-Founder / Co-Head
Ed is a Founding Partner of TW Partners specialising in Financial Services Executive Search. He focuses on Private Equity, Special Situations and Credit across Real Estate Private Equity and Credit, FIG, Structured Credit and Principal Finance.
He has a strong placement track record across Europe in both Debt and Equity product areas. Ed holds a degree in History from Newcastle University. Ed has worked in Executive Search since 1998. Previously, he worked in media sales at Euromoney Publications.

Robi Henderson
Senior Consultant
Robi is an experienced headhunter, he joined TW Partners in August 2021 to increase the firms market share in the Financial Services space. He previously held a senior position at an Executive search firm, leading C-suite mandates for financial service businesses in the US and Europe.
Robi’s specialist areas are Real Estate and FIG with a focus on portfolio management and investment for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Banking.

Thomas Baxter
Consultant
Thomas has been with TW Partners since December 2019 where he provides research and candidate sourcing support across a range of strategies and sectors, including leading Real Estate credit & equity focused investment funds & Principal investment teams, Private Equity & Asset Management.
Prior to TW Partners he supported the hiring of senior finance professionals for a diverse range of PE/VC Backed and Investor Led businesses.

Anastassia Lacroix
Consultant
Anastassia joined TW Partners in 2022 after graduating with distinction from King’s College with a Master’s in International Political Economy.
She has executed mandates across a diverse range of businesses, from entrepreneurial to tier 1 funds, banks and advisory firms, covering Real Estate Debt and Equity, Structured Finance Products, FIG and other correlated sectors. Anastassia has worked on roles from Analyst through to Director, inclusive of Acquisitions, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets and Investor Relations.
Anastassia speaks fluent French and Russian and is conversational in Spanish, German and Italian. Prior to going to university, she volunteered for a year in Nepal.

Roomina Albaji
Junior Researcher
Roomina joined TW Partners in January 2024, with a background in recruitment within the tech sector.
Since joining, areas of coverage have included Infrastructure, Real Estate Credit & Equity, Structured Finance Products and Aviation among other sectors.
She has covered a range of geographies across Europe and has supported on roles ranging from Analyst through to Senior Director.
She speaks fluent Arabic and Persian.
Roomina has played a key role in the continued building out of our Research, across both buy & sell side markets, which is integral to TW Partner's continued ability to swiftly and successfully execute on a broad range of mandates.

Valeria Dibisceglia
Junior Researcher
Valeria joined TW Partners in 2024 after graduating from LSE with a Master’s in Psychology of Economic Life. Prior to that, she graduated from King’s College with a BSc in Psychology.
She has worked on mandates across various businesses including Tier 1 funds and SWFs, focused across Real Estate Equity and Debt, and FIG among others.
She has covered a range of geographies including Europe and the Middle East. Valeria has also executed extensive market research, primarily focusing on the financial services industry (buy side & sell side), to strengthen the company’s market expertise.
Valeria is a Native speaker in Russian, Italian, and French and is currently learning Arabic.
